Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
My wife Dee was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer over two years ago. After enduring major surgery then chemo, the cancer still spread to her lungs. She was one of the lucky ones to get onto a clinical trial, even luckier that the trial is working giving her and our family our quality of life back.
It’s a brutal cancer with only few treatment options but it doesn’t have to be that way. We need more research, more access to trials, more education so we can change the lives of many not just a few.
So this September I am walking 78km for PanKind to raise funds and awareness for critical pancreatic research and support. It’s not only for Dee but for every family facing this fight.
