Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Last year, our family, friends and community came together for Remember September and raised more than $40,000 in support of pancreatic cancer research.
When Dee was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, our world changed overnight. By the time Remember September came around, she simply wasn’t well enough to walk. So we walked for her.
Today, thanks to incredible researchers, doctors and access to a clinical trial, things look very different.
This year, Dee will be walking alongside us.
We’ll be taking our walks even further – from local tracks to the Blue Mountains, the South Coast and maybe even the Snowy Mountains – celebrating every step that once seemed impossible.
We’re walking because we’ve experienced first-hand that research saves lives. Clinical trials and new medicines don’t just extend life – they create hope, precious time and moments families never thought they’d have.
Every dollar raised helps fund the research that could change someone else’s story.
Whether you join our team, walk with us or make a donation, thank you for being part of this journey.
Last year, we walked for Dee.
This year, she’s walking with us.
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
