Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who lose their lives to pancreatic cancer every week.
This challenge is deeply personal for me. In 2019, I lost my Dad, David, to pancreatic cancer. It was a devastating experience that showed me just how cruel and unforgiving this disease can be.
Pancreatic cancer often has very few symptoms in its early stages, which means many people are diagnosed too late for treatment to be truly effective. Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day, and it remains one of Australia's deadliest cancers.
I'm taking on this 78km challenge in Dad's memory and to help raise funds for the research that can improve outcomes for future patients and their families. While we can't change the past, we can help create a better future for those who will face this disease in the years to come.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps fund vital pancreatic cancer research and support programs.
Thank you for supporting me, remembering my Dad, and helping fight this terrible disease.
