In Loving Memory Of
David
To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die
Unified Martial Arts
This September, the Unified Martial Arts community is taking on the Remember September challenge and walking 78km for the 78 Australians who lose their lives to pancreatic cancer every week.
As martial artists, we believe in perseverance, resilience, and supporting one another through life's challenges. This month, we're stepping outside the dojo and putting those values into action.
This challenge also has a personal meaning for our dojo. Kaiso Sam, lost his father, David, to pancreatic cancer. By taking part, we're supporting the many individuals and families whose lives have been affected by this devastating disease.
Every kilometre walked helps raise awareness and supports vital pancreatic cancer research, giving hope to those affected by pancreatic cancer.
Whether you're a student, parent, family member, or friend of UMA, we'd love your support. Together we can honour those we've lost, support those currently fighting, and help create a future with better outcomes for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer.
We will remember them. We will fight for them.
