78km for pancreatic cancer this September! 💜
This September, I’m taking on the 78km walking challenge to raise money and awareness for pancreatic cancer.
Through my work, I am a scrub nurse for pancreatic cancer operations, so I’ve seen firsthand just how incredibly brave these patients are and what they go through at such a difficult time.
Walking 78km over the month feels like a small way I can show my support, raise awareness and hopefully help make a difference.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
