Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer

This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.

Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.

But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.

So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.

Please make a donation to support me, and together...

We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.

My Tribute Post

In Loving Memory of My Beautiful Mum ❤️ Mum, there are some goodbyes that never feel real, no matter how much time passes. Watching you battle cancer was one of the hardest things our family has ever been through. You faced so much pain, uncertainty and difficult days, yet somehow you continued to think about everyone else before yourself. That was who you were — a mother whose love was always bigger than her own struggles. I will never forget the strength you showed during those difficult months. There were days when cancer took so much from you, but it could never take away the love you had for your family, the warmth in your heart, or the memories we made together. You were the heart of our family. You were Mum, but you were also a grandmother, a source of comfort, a storyteller, a protector and the person whose presence made family feel like home. Your grandchildren were so blessed to have you. I wish they could have had more years with you — more hugs, more conversations, more laughter, more of those little moments that we never realise are precious until they become memories. I will make sure they know you. I will tell them about your strength. I will tell them about your kindness. I will tell them about the sacrifices you made for your family. And I will tell them how deeply you loved them. There are so many memories of you that I will carry with me forever — the conversations, the laughter, the family gatherings, the little things you did without expecting anything in return. Those moments may seem simple now, but they are some of the greatest treasures I have. I wish I could have one more conversation with you. One more hug. One more chance to say “I love you, Mum.” One more chance to tell you how grateful I am for everything you did for us. The hardest part is knowing that life will continue, birthdays will come, family gatherings will happen, and our children will grow — but you won't be physically here to see it all. Yet I know you will still be with us. You will be there in the stories we tell. In the traditions we keep. In the values you taught us. In the love we have for one another. And especially in the hearts of your grandchildren. Mum, you fought a battle that no one should have to fight. You endured more than anyone should have to endure. And although cancer may have taken you from us, it never defeated the woman you were. Your final chapter was filled with struggle, but your whole life was filled with love. That is how I choose to remember you. Not by the illness. Not by the pain. But by the beautiful mother you were, the love you gave, the family you built, and the countless memories you left behind. I hope wherever you are, you are finally free from pain and at peace. Thank you for giving me life. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for loving our family. Thank you for being Mum. I miss you more than words could ever explain. Until we meet again, Mum. Rest peacefully. ❤️ You will always be loved. You will always be remembered. And you will forever be a part of us. 🕊️❤️ Forever my Mum. Forever in our hearts.
