Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I’m walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer every week — and I’m doing it in honour of my beautiful Grandma.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancers. Because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, it is often diagnosed too late, and the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
Behind those numbers are real people, real families and people we love. For me, one of those people is my Grandma, Mary. 💜
That’s why this September I’m challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to help fight this terrible disease.
Your donation will support groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research, helping researchers work towards earlier detection, better treatments and, ultimately, improved survival rates.
