Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.

Today is the last day of the Pankind challenge which we undertook in loving memory of our dear brother-in-law and uncle, Vincent, who we lost to pancreatic cancer in January of t his year.
Each of us in Team Shamrock reached our distance goals (and some) with relative ease.
We are just a little short of our fundraising goal of $2000. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us so far; your support is very much appreciated.
