Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.
Please make a donation to support me, and together...
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.

My Tribute Post

Second year doing Remember September in honour of my Grandfather, Barry Martin. My beloved Poppy will forever be remembered for the love, strength, and kindness he shared with everyone around him. After being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he fought with incredible courage and dignity for five months until we said goodbye on 15 May 2025. While cancer took him from us far too soon, it never took away the love he had for his family or the legacy he leaves behind. He was the heart of our family—a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. His wisdom, warmth, cheeky sense of humour, and unwavering love are deeply missed every single day. My Family and I proudly support this fundraiser in his memory, hoping that one day more families will be spared the heartbreak of losing someone they love to pancreatic cancer. Every dollar raised brings us closer to better treatments, earlier detection, and hope for the future. Forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts.
