A Purple Promise for Diana
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.

This September, I’m walking in memory of my beautiful Nan, Diana, who we lost to pancreatic cancer in April 2025. This is my second year taking part in Remember September. I’m doing it to honour her memory, raise awareness, and help fund vital research so that one day fewer families have to experience this heartbreaking loss. Every step I take is for you, Nan. You’ll always be loved, missed, and remembered. 💜
