Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I’m walking 78km for the 78 Australians who lose their lives to pancreatic cancer every week.
This cause is deeply personal to me because my dad passed away from pancreatic cancer. Watching someone you love battle this disease is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone, and that’s why I’m taking on this challenge.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest common cancers. Because it rarely causes symptoms in its early stages, it is often diagnosed too late. Every day, 12 Australians are diagnosed, making it the third biggest cancer killer in Australia.
Research has the power to change this. Every donation will help fund vital pancreatic cancer research, improve early detection, and give more families hope for the future.
This September, I’ll be getting up, getting moving, and walking 78km in memory of my dad and in support of every family affected by pancreatic cancer.
