To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die
Support our challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, we’re walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancers, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
This cause is especially close to our hearts, as we sadly lost our beautiful mam and grandma to pancreatic cancer last year. We know firsthand the heartbreak this disease causes and how much more needs to be done to improve survival rates.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, we’re challenging ourselves as a family to get up, get moving and walk 78km in memory of our mam and grandma, and to fight this terrible disease.
Please make a donation to support us, and together…
We will remember her. We will honour her. We will fight for her. 💜
