Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer

Last September, I walked 78km — one kilometre for each of the 78 Australians who lose their lives to pancreatic cancer every week.

This year, I’m doubling the challenge. 156km. 💜

I’m doing this to raise awareness of pancreatic cancer, but more than anything, I’m doing it for Mumma.

Mum was one badass woman. She faced every challenge that came her way with incredible strength, courage and determination. Even when things were impossibly hard, she kept fighting. She never gave up.

I watched her battle, and I will carry that strength with me forever.

Every step is a small way of honouring her life and the incredible woman she was. And if sharing my journey helps even one person understand more about pancreatic cancer, recognise its impact, or feel less alone, then every kilometre will be worth it.

Here’s to Mum, my inspiration and forever one badass woman. I’ll keep walking for you. I love you so much 💜

Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.

Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3^rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.

But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.

So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.
