Support my challenge to fight pancreatic cancer

As must of you of you know I lost my Mum to Pancreatic cancer. It really is a silent killer. Once you know you have it, it’s usually to later to treat. Mum was told her had 6-12months but she passed after 3. It was that quick, it was horrible and no one should have to suffer like that.

This September, I'm walking 75km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.

Pancreatic cancer is now the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.

If you are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer tomorrow, there is only a 13% chance you'll be alive in 5 years.

But research can change this. Your support will fund ground-breaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.

So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.
