Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
In memory of my Mum I am joining Remember September. This September. I am challenging myself to run/walk 75km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. l am hoping my contribution will help fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and run/walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
