Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer 78km for my Nan, Pam 💜
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week — and for one very special one of them, my Nan, Pam.
Nan was the heart of our family — fiercely loving, endlessly funny, and completely herself. She had zero tolerance for birds (a phobia that gave us all a laugh more than once), rocked her iconic "boof" hairstyle without apology, and never said no to a Maccas fries run. Every single night, without fail, she'd sit down to dinner with Papa — a small ritual that said everything about the love and steadiness she brought to our family. She gave the best advice, usually with a brandy and Coke in hand.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancers, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating. Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates. So no one else loses a family member or friend to this disease.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78 km — for Nan and for every family facing what we did.
Please make a donation to support me, and together...
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them. For Pam (Nanna)

Love you honey
