Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 75km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.

Time to check out from Remember September which has been dedicated to remembering loved ones impacted by pancreatic cancer.
I have been remembering my sister Robyn also wife, mother, grandmother, aunty and friend. Robyn battled this disease for 15months.
Thank you all for your support along the way and for your encouragement during September. I walked 215kms remembering Robyn with every step. With your donations and those to my team buddy Valerie, we have contributed $2037.00 towards pancreatic cancer research to improve early detection, treatment and survival rates.
While Remember September has
concluded, Robyn will continue to be loved and missed by us all - remembered
forever

Wednesday 10th Sep
Today is day 10 of my commitment to Remember September in memory of my sister Robyn. I have reached my 75km walking target and with your help we will contribute $1,310.00 towards pancreatic cancer research to improve early detection, treatment and survival rates. Thank you for your support. To honour your encouraging words and generous donations I have doubled my walking target. With Robyn in my heart my goal now is to walk 150kms. Bring it on!!!!!
