Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.

This year is my first. I’m walking for my sister Jane. She was first diagnosed March 2025. With courage and determination she had surgery, chemo followed by radiation. Jane now has been told no spread but a pesky little inoperable primary. Initially maybe have been eligible for a trial but with some further liver issues now not suitable. Not sure what the future holds
