Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.

My Updates
Update 14 september
Monday 14th Sep 68km of 78km walked to support research into pancan. Tomorrow I start six weeks of treatment for the tiny speck of tumour. Lower dose chemotherapy once a week. About 15 minutes of radiation M-F 90% chance of 'a very successful outcome' so that is good Turbulent feelings. I'm dreading all the treatment but I am very grateful to have it.
