Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer!
This September, I’m taking part in Remember September by running 78km in support of pancreatic cancer research.
I’m doing this in honour of my grandfather, who lost his life after an incredibly short but tough 13-day battle with pancreatic cancer. Like so many families, ours experienced just how devastating this disease can be.
I’m also running for everyone who has lost a loved one to pancreatic cancer, and for the families currently facing a diagnosis.
Each week, 78 Australians die from pancreatic cancer, which is why I’ve set myself the challenge of running 78km throughout September. It remains one of Australia’s deadliest cancers, largely because it is so difficult to detect early.
Every donation, big or small, helps fund vital research to improve early detection, treatment and survival rates.
If you’re able to support me, I’d be so grateful. Together, we can honour those we’ve lost, support those still fighting, and help create a future where more families are spared this heartbreak.
💜 We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
