Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September I am challenging myself to walk 78km in honour of the 78 Australians who tragically lose their lives to pancreatic cancer each week.
I am taking on this challenge in honour of my grandfather who passed away from pancreatic cancer. Witnessing how devastating this disease is has inspired me to take part in raising awareness and supporting vital research.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest common cancers as early-stage symptoms are rarely detected. Currently, 12 Australians are diagnosed each day and pancreatic cancer has now become the third biggest cancer killer in Australia.
Every donation, big or small, contributes to groundbreaking research to bring us closer to earlier detection, improved treatments and increased survival rates.
