Help support my nana and others fighting Pancreatic cancer!
2 years ago, my nana was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. She was told worst case, she would only have 12 weeks left to live. She is still fighting strong, with the help from chemo, radiation, bloods, nurses and doctors. Nana is one of the most inspiring, strong minded and caring persons in my life.
This September, I'm walking 75km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get moving and make time to walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.
I would appreciate any donations to support me, my family, my beautiful nana, and those who are also battling Pancreatic cancer.
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
