Support me to help raise money to fight pancreatic cancer

This September, I'm walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.

This has not only a good cause but a personal one to my family and I.

Recently after a later diagnosis and a 3 year battle we have sadly lost a loved one. In memory of the lost and in honour of his family and Mum whom are still in the depth of the never ending grieving process I am stepping out of my comfort zone to honour and raise awareness of pancreatic cancer as I have seen that it doesn’t discriminate from the young , kind or “healthy”.

Bellow I have given info and some early warning signs as they are in my option not common enough knowledge , as you know knowledge is power and in this case could save a life.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.

Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.

3 Early warning signs -

- abdominal pain

- unintentional weight loss

- digestive changes

As heavy as all this is - this is possible to change in the future by ;

Research change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.

Awareness can change this. By sharing content and making others become aware of signs , symptoms , supports and more makes not only a change but for others to not feel alone in the journey weather it’s an anxiety filled annual check up or checking something that seems just a little “off”.

So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terribledisease.

If you’re in the position to if like to as you to please make a donation to support me, and together in hopes for a brighter future.

A moment of your time to share this , or raise awareness for pancreatic cancer would be greatly appreciated , especially this month of September.

We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
