Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
💜 ELEXIS’ 78KM CHALLENGE 💜
As part of her Bridge Award, leading towards her Duke of Edinburgh Award, Elexis has chosen to challenge herself physically this September — walking 78km throughout the month to raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research.
She’s walking 1km for every Australian who loses their life to pancreatic cancer each week — 78 lives.
Pancreatic cancer is one of Australia’s toughest cancers, with 12 Australians diagnosed every day and it remains the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
Elexis is hoping to turn her challenge into something meaningful by raising money for research that could help improve survival rates and give more families hope. 💜
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount would mean so much and help support this important cause.
78km. 78 lives. One month. One big goal. 💜
👉 Please support Elexis’ challenge and help us fight pancreatic cancer.
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them. 💜

I don’t personally know anyone who has been affected by pancreatic cancer, but I wanted to use this challenge as a way to give back. 💜 I’m walking for the people fighting, the families grieving, and the lives that have been lost. Every kilometre is a small way of showing support, raising awareness and letting people know they’re not alone. 💜
