Day 1

1st Walk at Terrigal Beach. Hi am Helene and was diagnosed with stsge 4 pancreatic cancer on the 16th of June. My Husband & kids have been my Rock n fortress throughout the last 11weeks. My family are joining me on this journey and fundraising for the much needed research and trials that Australia needs. Treatment 7 of chemo in the morning and a beautiful walk along the beach at Terrigal with my Husband and son. 3.3km. Day 1 ✅ — in Terrigal.1st Walk at Terrigal Beach. Support our challenge to end pancreatic cancer

This September, we're walking 78km for the 78 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.

Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3^rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.

But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.

So this September, we're challenging ourselves to get up, get moving and walk 78km to fight this terrible disease.
