Please help me for this very worthy cause
Hello to all my friends & family ! This September, I'm walking for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week. Lots of friends have asked 'when / where is The Walk?' .... well for me it will be around Yea. You can choose to walk wherever you like and whenever you like!
I might not reach the 75k mark personally, so that's where I'm hoping YOU might step up to the challenge and donate a kilometre or two on the days I'm not up to it! And if you feel inclined you could also donate some $$ and help me BUST that goal I've set, maybe we can double or triple it ! (ps it's already doubled! Can we double it again?)
Pancreatic cancer is the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
So this September, I'm challenging myself and YOU to get up, get moving, make a donation and walk 75km with me to fight this terrible disease.
