Support my challenge to fight pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 75km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is now the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
If you are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer tomorrow, there is only a 13% chance you'll be alive in 5 years.
But research can change this. Your support will fund ground-breaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.

Saturday 27th Sep my lil one got influenza B and then I got it so where both been really sick so have not walked much this September and didn't raise any money because family and friends dont help me so this is the last time I do this if im not raise money im not walking u know I love u very much mum but not doing it with out money to help good luck everyone else for the years to come R.I.P MUM 💜😭💔 Share

Sharing your page also makes more people aware of Pancreatic Cancer. I saw your post about none of your family and friends have donated so I thought I would give you a boost. Unfortunately I too have found out who my real family and friends are by doing this for the last 6years so please think about it again next year by maybe making a team for it out of your mother's play group or family etc to make it more fun. I was first diagnosed in April 2020 and after chemo, radium and a Pancreactomy and Splenectomy I was cancer free only for it to comeback in my Liver in February 2022. I have been on chemotherapy since then and until things change(which feels like forever). I also lost my husband to Brain Cancer in February 2021 and my Step-Grandmother in 2021 to PC. Im walking my 3rd year in memory of my MUM (STEPMUM) Leeanne she past away from this horrible disease on 7/3/23 MY HEART STILL HURTS EVERY DAY I miss her terribly life is not the same with out her here LOVE U MUM WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL AND ALWAYS WILL its really sad because my oldest daughter had her first baby on the 10/3/25 and ur not here to meet her u would love her she is so cute I know ur watch ova her tho u are always in my thoughts every day there is not a day I dont think about u and I know u here ur 4th oldest granddaughter talking about u every day she is always saying grandma peyton really missers u she just turned 9 on the 2nd of July and u where not here its sad can't wait to do this walk again for u and everyone else love always ur daughter (stepdaughter) 💔😭💜😘🌹 R.I.P MUM
