Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer

This September, I'm walking 75km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.

Pancreatic cancer is the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.

Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3^rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.

But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.

So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.

I’m dedicating my walks to my beautiful friend and sister in law Deborah Joy Sinclair known affectionately as “Joyous Occassion” by my family as she was such a bubbly, positive, supportive and adventurous woman. She passed away last Friday 19th September 25 from cancer, way too young at 64. I along with her husband Craig, daughters Phoebe and Hannah, a tribe of grandchildren, family and friends will miss this gorgeous chick greatly. Love you sweetheart and you will always be in our thoughts and hearts. ♥️

Hey everyone! I’ve decided to take part in two incredible fundraising events this month and I need your support! 🚶️🎗

First, I’m participating in the “Out Of The Shadows Walk” for Lifeline Australia to honor those lost to suicide and help Australians in crisis for World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10. By joining me in walking 9km for the 9 Australians who die by suicide every day, we can make a real difference and raise awareness for this important cause. 💙

Second, I’m supporting “Remember September” to fight pancreatic cancer. I’ll be walking 75km over the month, and I’d love your support in raising funds for groundbreaking research and better survival rates for those impacted by this disease. 💜
