Support my challenge to fight pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 225km for the 75 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week.
Pancreatic cancer is now the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
If you are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer tomorrow, there is only a 13% chance you'll be alive in 5 years.
But research can change this. Your support will fund ground-breaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.

Hi am raising money to honor Rob Hirst, for years he was the guy behind the drums in Midnight Oil, a sound track to my life and at times a band that pulled me out of the depths of some dark places. But for a number of years now he has been someone I know. He is just the most special and extraordinary human and if I can raise some money to help Pankind in his honour, then, that is a privilege to undertake.
