Day 26 and I have done it.

Good afternoon family and friends,
With 4 days to go I have reached my 100km challenge for Remember September. However, I won’t stop now and I will keep  going for the next 4 days (and then back to my normal walking regime).  I have walked almost everyday other than a couple at Torquay where it was blowing a gale for days on end. But it certainly blows the cobwebs away and a stiff headwind is counteracted by the equally stiff tailwind on the way home.
This morning I was met with a light frost, but powered along the lake, breath blowing like a dragon in the cold air. Invigorating.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to my fundraiser. Taking part in the Remember September  fundraiser is an opportunity for me to support the efforts of the researchers, to support those undergoing their PC journey which unfortunately only 12% will survive, and to generally support the work of the PanKind foundation.
Your donations are well spent and will one day contribute to the early diagnosis , then effective treatment and ultimately a cure for PC.
So everyone, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your encouragement and support during September once again.
