Tried to up the ante a bit today. Did just over 4km which is a little bit better. Averaging 11mins 44/ km. Very much hoping that average lovers as the month goes on.

Please remember that I absolutely HATE exercise lol. So this is way out of my comfort zone, and I’m hoping it gets my head into a better space throughout the month. Crossing fingers!
