Support my challenge to end pancreatic cancer
This September, I'm walking 75km for the 75 Australians who pass away from pancreatic cancer each week. Pancreatic cancer is the toughest common cancer, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
We lost our mum Grace to Pancreatic Cancer earlier this year after an exhausting fight for 10months. She was beyond brave and deserved much more out of life. She was a very healthy 59yr old, with no former health issues or underlying causes for this.
Right now, 12 Australians are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every day. It is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in Australia.
But research can change this. Your support will fund groundbreaking pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates. So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 75km to fight this terrible disease.
Please make a donation to support Remember September, and together:
We will remember them. We will honour them. We will fight for them.
My Memory Wall for my mum, Grace
My Tribute Post

My mum, Grace, was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer back in April 2024. Unfortunately due to the difficulties of diagnosing Pancreatic Cancer early, she was already terminal when it was discovered, leaving her and all of us incredibly lost and scared. She was the bravest person I’d ever met, a dedicated high school teacher, a supportive shoulder for anyone in need. She never gave up on anyone. She greeted God on January 23rd 2025, after 10 months of fighting. Time Passes, Love Remains.
