I'm Moving It this September!
This September, I'm walking 68km for the 68 Australians who die from pancreatic cancer each week. Last year, my Mum was one of those people. She passed just 6 weeks after her diagnosis.
Pancreatic cancer is now the 3rd biggest cancer killer of Australians, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer rarely causes symptoms, the survival rates are devastating.
If you are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer tomorrow, there is only an 12.2% chance you'll be alive in 5 years.
But research can change this. Your support will fund life-saving pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates.
So this September, I'm challenging myself to get up, get moving and walk 68km.

Monday 18th Sep Angus turned 6 months old today Mum. He slept for almost 2 hours in the pram, letting me catch up some kms that I had gotten behind with. We did almost 8 km. Later that day, we did at least 1km around the shops. You loved shopping and I definitely got that gene from you. I just wish I could still shop with you. Share
