I ain't got a thing to prove, but between my jaunts through the alleyways (with my "Stray Cat Strut" tune, of course) and those luxurious napping sessions, I got wind of "Remember September." I thought, "SC, while you're living in a world that doesn't understand, maybe those extra tuna tins you've got aren't just for showing off to the lady cats; it's time to contribute to a top-notch cause!" This September, as you're out there giving it a red hot go, I'll be "feelin' real gone" on my favourite sunlit window sill, sending you all the luck a feline can muster. It's downright heartbreaking, thinking of the 68 Aussies lost to pancreatic cancer each week. The numbers might seem like a real bother, but with your gumption and my "reowr!" we'll surely make a dent. So, while you make your way through those 68km, envision me - doing the "Stray Cat Strut" in support, tail high, feeling oh so cool.
