In honour of Wendy

Pancreatic cancer is now the 4th biggest cancer killer in Australia, and because early-stage pancreatic cancer symptoms, the survival rates are devastating. 

If you are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer tomorrow there is only a 12.5% chance you’ll be alive in 5 years.

This September we are challenging ourselves to walk 142km in honour of Wendy and the 71 Australians who loose their battle to pancreatic cancer each week. 

Wendy was a beloved mother to our  beautiful Hannah, Gemma and Rachael, an adored wife to our dearest Rob and a treasured aunty, sister and friend. She was always full of joy, life and laughter. She spent most of her time with her friends and family, on the squash courts, by the beach or relaxing with a cheeky  vodka orange juice. 

We all miss you so much Wendy, you are forever in our hearts. 

Wendy sadly passed earlier this year, in May of 2024. 

With your support we can work together to fund life-saving pancreatic cancer research and improve survival rates. Any donation will make a difference. Please support our team, and together we can remember, honour and fight for everyone who is fighting or has lost their battle to pancreatic cancer.
